Sports massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. Sports Massage includes both light and deeper tissue strokes, to assist in healing and preventing your muscular problems.

Leg massageIt is great as a pre-sport massage to loosen out your knots and prepare you for exercise. Sports massage after exercise aids in healing your tight muscles whilst flushing out waste products which build during activity. The longer strokes help to relax your muscles, improve circulation and reduce the tension that tight muscles place on your joints. Deep tissue massage is available at the clinic daily and is administered by our physiotherapy team. We offer sessions of 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 6o minutes, and these are priced accordingly.
