FIRST OF ALL: Book a one to one Pilates assessment to ensure that the physiotherapist knows how the exercises should be tailored specifically for you.

As all of our classes are mixed ability, you can simply choose the day and time of the class that is most convenient for you. 

 

Why Pilates?

If you have experienced back pain or are recovering from a period of ill health or feel you have lost your fitness for another reason, Pilates could be a great way to rebuild your strength and flexibility. Pilates can also help prevent future back problems. Our modified Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

 
 

Our Classes:

We run multiple small group in person pilates classes in The Clinic, and these are proving very popular!

These classes are £15 each and are sold in sets of 6 or 8 weeks.

These classes currently run on:

  • Tuesdays at 10am, 11.15am and 7.30pm

  • Thursdays at 10am

  • Fridays at 11.30am

At present the small, socially distanced classes can be booked for a month at a time either by calling us or by booking online - if you select BOOK AN EVENT and use Paypal.

We can form further classes as needed- just get in touch!

If you have a group of up to 6 people who would like to have their own class, let us know and we can arrange this at a time that suits you!.

We are continuing to offer an online Pilates ZOOM class  at a cost at £7 per class. This takes place on a TUESDAY evening at 6.45pm.

You can join into this class at any time- after having completed a 1:1 pre class session, to take you through the core exercises and to check if we/you need to modify the exercises you do in the class.

1:1 or small group Pilates Classes.

If you would like a private Pilates class for yourself or with another friend, we can arrange this either on-site or online.

You may benefit from a series of private Pilates classes if you require a more individualised exercise progression. Some clients benefit from a set of private classes before joining in with our regular timetabled group classes. Other people may find it difficult to commit to a specific time each week and could therefore avail of these more flexible private classes.
